Involve Recruitment are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Rail Division. We are looking to interview immediately out of our busy office located in Upper Boat Industrial Estate, Pontypridd. You will be a vital part of our growing team here at Involve working within our Rail & Construction Division reporting to your divisional Manager. As a Recruitment Consultant within our Rail Division you will be coming into a warm desk with a constant flow of work. We are looking for someone who is energetic and self-motivated as the job role is extremely fast paced involving a lot of work on the phone. Your main role as a consultant will be to grow existing business and win new accounts. Typical working hours are 8.30am – 5:30pm but on occasions you may be required to work overtime dependent on how busy the day is. What we are looking for in a Recruitment Consultant; * Self-motivated, confident with good conversational skills * Previous experience is Recruitment is desired (1+year) * Previous experience within a sales environment will also be considered. * Willing to work overtime if needed * Someone who is willing to learn new skills and work in a team environment.
