Recruitment Consultant (120°) | West Midlands | £Negotiable Salary + Uncapped Commission Are you still working to the `360° model`? …That means: finding a client that wants to work with you, then taking a full job description from them, then writing a job advert, and then marketing the role and identifying suitable candidates, and then taking all the feedback from both parties, and then potentially finding more candidates, and then organising interviews, and then dealing with changes & modifications to the job role / interview availability of both parties / salary expectation changes and more… Then once you`ve chopped back all the branches in the jungle - the deal doesn`t happen [for a multitude of different potential reasons] and you then must start all over again!... Is this you right now? If so, please read on!... THE SKY TV MODEL COMPARISON: When you walk though your local shopping centre, you may have seen the event stalls that sell Sky TV?... If you live near to Telford, Stafford, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Cannock, Birmingham City Centre, or any of the other surrounding areas this could be the ideal job opportunity for you. You DO NOT have to have recruitment experience, but you MUST be able to communicate extremely well - both verbal and written. You should be able to speak & listen well on the telephone, and you should think in terms of: `who`s problem can I solve today` rather than just: `there is a problem`.
