Job Description

The Role ‬ ‪From day one, you will have interaction with our professional, experienced candidates and exposure to our prestigious childcare client base. ‪Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, networking for referrals, market research, headhunting candidates and building relationships with clients. You will also brief candidates for interviews, manage the feedback process and eventually be taught to close offers leading to successful placements. ‬ ‪You will be working as part of a highly interactive and dynamic team, therefore the ability to work cohesively as part of a team is imperative. ‬ What we’re looking for… ‬ ‪Ambition and drive are vital to our company, and we look for potential consultants to be passionate about meeting targets. ‪We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in Recruitment and aims to be a credible force within their sector for several years to come.
