Recruitment Consultant - Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham £23k - £25k basic plus excellent commission structure This highly successful independent recruitment company are on the look out for an outstanding sales person who wants to be rewarded for adding value to their ongoing success. They specialise in the Construction, M&E. Trades and Labour and the White Collar Perms sector. You will be joining a fun, friendly team that has a family vibe about it. There is plenty of business to go for so you can hit the ground running. The Role: * This is a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role in one of the above specialisms * Maintaining existing relationships with clients * Building new relationships though cold calling * Client visits face to face * Negotiating fees * Taking a full brief of the job description * Advertising for suitable candidates via job boards, social media and referrals * Pre-screening CV's * Interview prospective candidates * Arranging interviews between client and Candidate * Liaising between client and candidate at offer stage * Placing the candidate into a suitable role that matches their skill-set.
