Running a permanent desk in recruitment involves so many aspects, the day just flies by. Everything you do will involve applying your customer service excellence. Office Angels clients and candidates deserve the best service, therefore our standard of candidate interviews, client visits, matching, setting up interviews, job offers, client service reviews and business calls must be of the highest standard. The desk in Taunton is successful, but there is so much potential to grow. To grow the desk the successful individual must have the proven ability to win business through applying a consistent sales strategy whilst retaining existing business through proven customer care. The role is really fast paced and busy yet it's so much fun! Your typical day will include calling CVs, registering candidates, taking vacancies, visiting and calling clients, service and sales calls, we are never bored! This is a full time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm with a starting salary of £20,000 - £28,000 PA DOE, plus uncapped bonus.
