We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional, ideally with a proven track record in permanent placements within industrial, commercial, technical or specialist sectors to drive business development throughout Bury St Edmunds and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with new clients through outbound sales calls and client meetings. You will be responsible for organising your own workload and negotiating terms of business. You will need to be highly motivated; an excellent communicator at all levels and committed to providing an outstanding delivery of recruitment, sales and business development. You will have a strong support structure and will be rewarded for your achievement.
