Job Description

Recruitment Consultant Our client is an established soft landscaping company based in St Leonards. They work on both private and public sector contracts, creating beautifully landscaped environments across London and the South East. They are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their small but growing team.   As a Recruitment Consultant you will be supporting the principal consultants within the business, managing candidates, sourcing and selecting candidates as well as advertising vacancies across numerous job boards. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within a recruitment role, as well as experience within construction/landscaping. You will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise and multitask and be able to meet strict deadlines. The ideal Recruitment Consultant will hold the following skills and experiences: Demonstrable experience within recruitment and within construction/landscaping Ability to meet strict deadlines Possess excellent communication skills Ability to prioritise and multitask Be a strong team player Work well under pressure to meet goals and fill vacancies Your duties as a Recruitment Consultant will include: Candidate management Updating the applicant tracking Sourcing and selecting candidates for your consultant team Networking and advertising to attract suitable candidates Advertising vacancies across numerous job boards Identifying candidate skills to match appropriately with vacancies Using social media tools to advertise and identify suitable candidates Pre-screening candidates over the telephone to assess suitability for various roles Performing to consistently high standards and achieving KPIs and targets set by the business Having a consultative approach and being the main point of contact for candidates Working to a pre-defined list of KPIs to bring on new candidates Supporting the principal consultants within the business Salary: £10.00 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Temp to Perm Location: St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex Start Date: ASAP Key Words: Recruitment Consultant, Soft Landscaping, Construction, KPIs, St Leonards, Hastings, Bexhill, Rye, East Sussex
