The role: * To develop a warm and growing Industrial and Commercial desk, temps and perms. Daily activities: * Maintain existing client relationships and developing new ones * Visiting clients and taking a full job brief * Advertising for specific roles * Sourcing relevant candidates, through job boards and social media * Arranging interviews between clients and candidates * On-boarding appropriate candidates * Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates The Benefits: * Basic salary £20k - £23k * Hours are 8.45am – 5.30pm Mon – Thursday * And 8.45am – 5pm on Friday. * 20 days’ holidays plus banks rising to 23 days plus banks after 3 years’ service. They are closed at Christmas. * Auto enrolment pension * Laptop and mobile phone. * Free onsite parking. * Career development. You are given the space to develop at your own pace and carve out your own career path Commission: * Monthly target of £4k per month on perms and 15% commission is paid on all of this * NO THRESHOLD!! * So if you bill £4k in a month you get paid £600 commission and this is uncapped. About you: * Min 6 months’ agency recruitment experience – any sector IS ESSENTIAL!! * Solid career history * B2B Sales experience * Articulate and confident on the phone and face to face. * Friendly and approachable.
