This is an exciting opportunity and time to join, as we expand our team in Exeter. This role combines Great People skills with Sales so you will have a passion for sales and you will have had a previous role that encompasses either Customer Service, sales or both.  The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills; as you will be expected to maintain and develop relationships with both current schools and teachers. You will also be sales driven to improve the business through converting new business. You will proactively plan and implement recruitment strategies using social medias, on line platforms and local events to attract the best teaching talent and work hard on their behalf to find a teaching role for them. Working as part of a team, you will have your own area, and be responsible for and create your own business, and encouraged to have meetings with local business. As you strive to work directly with business bringing best talent to market you will equally be supporting the top talent to find their roles. What attributes and skills will I need to do the role? It is likely you will have a passion for winning new business as well as a flair for sales with an interest in earning bonus above your basic salary. You will be bright and ambitious and able to work within a busy team environment; organised and self-motivated and thrive on working under pressure. How do I apply?
