The role focuses on hitting daily/weekly targets and we will be looking for evidence of this in previous roles. Ideally previous sales experience would be advantageous, but if you have excelled in another competitive field then this will also be considered. What does the job involve.... Sales- You will be developing new clients and finding out about their recruitment needs Proactive sourcing- You will need to target suitable candidates for the roles you have Interviewing- You will be meeting potential candidates to find out if they match your clients needs Desired Skills & Experience You will need: Ideally a years experience in a recruitment role or similar sales environment. To be a self-motivated, ambitious individual with strong communication skills.
