THE OFFER Competitive salary Uncapped commission Quarterly bonuses Transparent figures National clients Regular competitions Training Progression Pension Private Health scheme Annual awards evening THE ROLE AS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT *Identify new prospects through a variety of methods to successfully sell the benefits of our services. *Attend sales meetings to build working relationships with the clients. *Maximise business opportunities with existing clients i.e. across all departments and skill categories and cross sell for other branches where possible. *Maintain regular contact with key accounts and ensure continued custom on an ongoing basis, review the standards and contents of service provided to clients and effect continuous improvement. *Source vacancies through regular canvassing of existing clients, new prospects, newspaper advertisements, personal contacts, etc.in accordance with the KPI's set by your line manager. *Clearly understand the clients' requirements and propose/supply only those candidates that meet those requirements. *Prepare C.V's and candidate profiles.
