Recruitment Consultant Recruitment Consultant We have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant from a sales background to work in our construction division in the Cardiff office. Previous experience of sales or a knowledge of construction is essential. Key responsibilities: * Building and maintaining a successful client base. * Adhering to KPI targets to maximize growth potential. * Negotiating business contracts to close deals. * Providing specialised and competent staff to companies for temporary assignments. * Developing and maintaining both the client and candidates databases. * To attract and evaluate suitable candidates through competency based interview techniques and professional reference checking. * Ensuring that all relevant administration including diary management, business correspondence, CV preparation, mail and e shot marketing is completed. * Within commutable distance of the Cardiff. The person: * Background in Sales. * Experience of working in a Recruitment or Constriction sales environment is advantageous. * Ambitious. * Strong communicator. * Confident manner. * I.T. literate.
