Platform Resourcing Description Platform Resourcing are looking to appoint 2 x Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team based in Langstone, Newport. This opportunity is for the ambitious Recruitment Consultant who is looking for a genuine career opportunity within a dynamic and fast moving sector. The successful candidate will have knowledge of the South Wales recruitment market and a strong sales background. Our team is made up of like minded individuals who have the freedom to run their desks the way they like. We offer a realistic approach to recruitment with achievable targets and great benefits. This role is challenging and will include direct business to business sales, face to face meeting as well as resourcing the best candidates in the market. Salary and Benefits Package: * Basic salary will be dependent on experience * Market leading uncapped commission scheme (Realistic OTE of £40,000 in year one) * Pension Scheme * Genuine opportunities for career progression * Gym Membership Package * Initially you will be entitled to 25 days paid holiday + 8 Bank Holidays per annum * Additional holidays for years of service * Additional day of for birthday * Incentive Scheme We are a independently owned recruitment business which allows us to be flexible in our approach.
