This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established, reputable Recruitment Company based in Mansfield. Due to significant growth in 2019 Orbital Recruitment is looking to employ an Engineering Consultant, based in their Mansfield town centre branch. In this busy 360 role, you will use your experience within the recruitment industry to build a successful engineering desk. Working within a supportive, fun and energetic team you will have the best software and systems in place to assist you with finding the right candidate. The Role and Responsibilities: * Managing and Developing our existing Client base * Identifying key clientele in your target areas * Compiling job adverts to attract the best talent * Headhunting talent via LinkedIn * Sourcing talent via job boards * Shortlisting CVs and arranging interviews * Prepping successful candidates for interviews * Compiling relevant paperwork for the candidates to start * Meeting clients to maintain and enlist their business To succeed in the role, you will have: * Knowledge of the Engineering industry. * An aptitude for success. * The ability to sell yourself whilst being articulate. * Confidence and focus, with an ability to use failure to drive you on. * A driving license and your own vehicle.
