The company: CERAP Prevention, subsidiary of ENGIE, is the European's leader in radiation protection management on nuclear facilities. Since 2009, the UK's subsidiary supports the UK's nuclear renaissance in providing our strong experience in the following fields: -Radiation protection management: nuclear safety analysis, nuclear measurement and radiation protection studies. -HVAC: filter systems test, gas and particles tracing, ventilation devices test. -Technical services: project management, design & engineering (HVAC, mechanical, electrical and civil work, I&C...), qualification test (commissioning). -Particles accelerator (electrons beam or X-ray): component qualification, calibration, ageing test in a controlled atmosphere and temperature. In order to develop our activity in UK, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant for our office in Bristol. Job Description Main tasks -Preparing job descriptions and person specification, -Putting job offers online, -Checking applications and short-listing candidates, -Arranging interviews, -Realising job interviews (face to face/skype) and feedback, -End to end process with offers, -Working with the Human Resources Department on planning strategies and managing the long-term resource requirements, -Creating strong relationships with a large range of partners (School, University, Job Centre…), -Developing new ways of recruitment, -Undertaking appropriate security checking of all new starters, -Have a collaborative, entrepreneurial and sociable attitude to the job Additional tasks -Administrative management of employees (leave management, hour records), -Billing tracking, Qualifications and experience Appropriate recruitment experience & understanding ideally with engineering and/or nuclear sector, Strong evidence of recruitment expertise covering both attraction and selection of candidates, Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, Persuasive, engaging and self-motivated, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.), Fluent in English, This job description is not an exhaustive list of the responsibilities & activities that the job holder may be required to undertake
