Calling all perm/ contract / freelance recruiters! After ( nearly ) 7 successful years in the North East, WHURK Recruitment landed in Exeter end of last Summer and due to growth and immediate success we are looking for another star to join the team. We could write a really long generic boring add which to be fair, if we were that you best of staying where you are. However we are different! and can offer something fresh and also a chance where you can be the Recruiter you wish to be. Success needs to be measured but here at WHURK we work together, we grow together and we enjoy success together. Key things of interest; • Monthly uncapped commission with NO THRESHOLD • 8.30am – 5pm working hours with early Friday finish and dress down • 20 days holiday plus Christmas shut down + bank holidays = 38 days • Incentives and some extra bits of juice to be discussed at interview • Mobile phone • Monthly expenses 40p per business mile • Progression opportunities as the team grows • A fantastic working environment with a genuine non-sales approach • We have a very clever recruitment database that allows us to engage, source and select talent for you across the whole of the UK. • We have access to all of the major job boards for CV and vacancy advertising. • Full support and training. • A team environment, there is no underhanded behavior here at WHURK HQ! What we would like; • Someone with a spark and energy who has a passion for Recruitment. You will also want to pick up the phone and go out meet our clients and candidates and deliver a fantastic Recruitment experience. • Someone who if has a good idea, is able to implement it and run with it. • Someone who wants to earn loads of money, we don’t want someone who is happy with one deal a month and a bit of commission…we want someone who wants to keep earning money and pushing themselves to do it. • Be able to move with the times but also take the parts of traditional recruitment which are vital in today’s market. • Someone who can be themselves and not restricted in how they should work. ( within reason ;-) ) • Someone who is WHURK. ( you will find this out when you meet us and see how we work ) • You have to like Dogs, our office pet is Harvey and is the king of the office.
