RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT, EDUCATION RECRUITMENT, HULL BASED, Academics, a well established national specialist in recruitment for the Education sector, are looking for an Area Sales Consultant to work from their Hull office, which covers the East Riding, North Lincolnshire and North Yorkshire. We are looking for a person who has the drive and ambition to achieve. You must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will have demonstrated you can build and develop relationships with current and prospective customers as well as having the ability to maintain and grow your client base. It is likely you will already have a successful sales track record and understand how to build your a successful sales area. The service we offer clients splits into the provision of staff, either temporary or full time, for schools as well as the recruitment and management of candidates to fill these posts. You will work in a designated geographical area servicing the schools in that area. You will also need to bring on new business. This requires frequent face to face and telephone contact with your schools, building on-going relationships with them so that Academics become their recruiter of choice. You will also need to use or develop your skills as an interviewer to find teaching and support staff of the highest calibre to fill your school's vacancies. You will be work toward achievable activity, development and financial targets that we set. We provide all the support, mentoring and training you will need but you must be under no illusions, this is a very competitive market.
