We are a specialist social care and education agency that have grown year on year for the past 5 years and now have a strong hold on the niche markets we currently specialise in. We have continued to work through the covid-19 siutation and due to the nature of our work we have actually increased our workload and therefore in a position to recruit internally for both temporary and permanant recruitment specialists. We have a mixture of extremely hot desks and some new projects to get involved in for the right candidates. Experience Required: - Must have a proven background in sales or recruitment - Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Experience leading a team would be advantageous - Proven experience working on a perm or temp desk advantageous Benefits: - Full training provided - Competitive salary and commision packages available - Excellent opportunities available for progression within the company.
