Berry Recruitment are seeking the best talent in Staffordshire to join our Stafford Branch as a Recruitment Consultant. You need to be an experienced 360 consultant that wants to progress and be a top earner as our bonus is uncapped! You must have a minimum of 1 year in a similar role with proven cold sales experience. THE OFFER *Competitive salary *Generous monthly Commission Structure and quarterly bonus scheme available. *23 days holiday per annum *Career Progression THE ROLE AS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT *Identify new prospects through a variety of methods to successfully sell the benefits of our services. *Attend sales meetings to build working relationships with the clients. *Maximise business opportunities with existing clients i.e. across all departments and skill categories and cross sell for other branches where possible. *Maintain regular contact with key accounts and ensure continued custom on an ongoing basis, review the standards and contents of service provided to clients and effect continuous improvement. *Source vacancies through regular canvassing of existing clients, new prospects, newspaper advertisements, personal contacts, accordance with the KPI's set by your line manager. *Clearly understand the client's requirements and propose/supply only those candidates that meet those requirements. *Prepare C.V's and candidate profiles. *Conduct candidate pre-interview briefing. *Complete a full registration of the candidate to company standards, including completing eligibility and background checks and reference applicants in accordance with Company procedures (Preventing Illegal Working Policy ) *Accurately process weekly time sheets and booking sheets, new employees, new clients, placements etc. to strict deadline.
