ISWP in Partnership with Harry James Recruitment are looking to recruit a dedicated, enthusiastic and intelligent Recruitment Consultant with serious drive and ambition to join our own team based in Reading. You will be responsible for providing a 180 recruitment service; sourcing CVs, calling candidates, pitching potential job opportunities, interviewing and submitting candidates, and negotiating job offers. You will therefore need to be confident and driven to make placements, whilst ensuring that both the client and candidate are fully satisfied throughout the entire recruitment process. You will have a real desire to exceed your targets, build your career with ISWP in Partnership with Harry James Recruitment , and make a difference in a smaller company where you are able to facilitate real change. Whilst we are currently working on the development of our business, here at ISWP in Partnership with Harry James Recruitment we are also committed to the personal and professional development of our employees. ISWP is a social work organisation mainly undertaking social work assessments across the UK and internationally we have a large network of social workers across the UK doing assessment work for us but we are looking to branch into recruitment and we believe that this would be not too difficult a transition as we already have a lot social workers on our books doing locum some looking for permanent work and we also have the advantage of good will we have created with LA from the work we do. We also have good contacts with social work managers and commissioners from the current work we do. We are partnering with Harry James Recruitment an ambitious recruitment concern which specialises in shipping. We look to recruit a recruitment consultant who will lead this project eventually becoming the manager of the recruitment division
