Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Specialist, and are seeking to expand our team. We are seeking experienced consultants who are 360 in nature to run desks in either White or Blue Collar sectors. If you have a specialism that's great but we are happy with general construction knowledge and experience. We offer a fantastic bonus scheme, and other great incentives. We are a vibrant team, who enjoy working towards targets and sharing success! You will already have existing experience of: sales, client visits, account management, and resourcing your own jobs. You will be managing a "plan" of temps, or sourcing permanent candidates as needed. Being familiar with any construction discipline is OK with us. You must be able to drive, and be happy to visit sites/clients as needed
