As a key hire within the business you will ideally have experience within 360 Technical and / or Engineering Recruitment, focused on Process, Automation, Power, Manufacturing, Sales or Senior Hires – and if you can bring in-depth knowledge of a vertical market they don’t currently work across, that would be a benefit. More consultants are expected to join in the coming months. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of managing the end to end recruitment process as well have the key knowledge to communicate the intricacies of niche engineering careers. Your experience could come from a range of sectors, including; FMCG, Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical or Medical Equipment, amongst others. The company is founded on extensive and wide-ranging expertise within Engineering and has a regular influx of live vacancies from global key accounts – but would be expecting new staff to be able to bring in new clients and roles themselves. You will bring a positive and methodical yet flexible approach and demonstrate the maturity and open mindedness to fit within the team structure and work the majority of your time organising your diary and operating with minimal guidance – although support is easily and readily available. The company are open to hearing from a Junior / Entry level Recruitment Consultant, all the way through to someone working in a senior role – although team management / non-billing positions are not currently on the table right now – BUT they will support you to grow a team in the future.
