IMH Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant for our Rotherham Office. Due to growth and expansion and our new office space, we are looking to add to our team. About IMH Recruitment: * IMH Recruitment are an established multi-sector agency based in South Yorkshire. * We are a family run business offering recruitment with a national reach but holding local presence. Hours and Salary * Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm * Basic Salary £22'000 to £25'000 * Bonus Monthly after 3 month review. Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence. Key Duties of the role: * Sales * Winning new business * Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies; * Building relationships with clients; * Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment; * Advertising vacancies * Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates; * Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the employer's vacancy; * Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates; * Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the employer; * Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question; * Preparing CV's and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants; * Plan Interviews for candidates as requested by the client * Any additional duties requested by the director / senior management team.
