Job Description

To fulfil the needs of all our active and prospect clients by sourcing, interviewing, vetting and successfully placing candidates into Higher Education Institutions nationally. You will work closely with the Head of Higher Education Recruitment to develop long lasting, preferred and exclusive partnerships to maximise sales opportunities within those active and prospect clients and to develop and deliver a strong market proposition. Your main responsibilities will encompass 3 core elements: Business Development through calls, mailers, visits and candidate introductions Client / Key Account Relationship Management Candidate management and after- care. Head of Higher Education Recruitment To successfully fill vacancies including senior, interim, sessional and permanent. To undertake business development activities such as candidate introductions, research calls, mailshots, visits to clients. To deliver a robust and effective after care service. To achieve GM targets and KPIs, through effective recruitment/client management and business development. To show consistent commitment to company standards in complying with all relevant legislation, including RTW, Disclosure and Safeguarding rules. To ensure the highest quality standards are maintained, in all forms of candidate and client communication. To swiftly resolve candidate and client complaints To ensure all candidates are fully aware of the Protocol terms of business. To ensure all client and candidate records are kept up to date. The character and capabilities we are looking for: Drive - have a strong desire to succeed in a competitive role. Sales - the ability to effectively sell and market yourself and your candidates. Charisma - the ability to build solid relationships with clients and candidates. Communication skills - written and oral, the power of persuasion. Excellent telephone manner. Self-motivated - the ability to keep going and pushing to achieve/exceed targets and KPI's. Organisation - the ability to multi-task with a high-volume workload. Time Management -the ability to meet deadlines in a pressured environment
