Recruitment Consultant Description A challenging Recruitment Consultant position has arisen for one of the largest recruitment brands in the UK. The office environment is dynamic, fast-paced and extremely sociable. JOB ROLE: Permanent Recruitment Consultant JOB TYPE: Permanent full-time position COMPANY: Recruitment HOURS: 08.30am - 5.30pm SALARY: £19,000 per annum basic plus commission LOCATION: Cardiff City Centre CULTURE: Friendly fast-paced, hard working, sociable and sales driven environment BENEFITS: Basic plus HUGE benefits and an excellent commission structure, 22 days holiday, eye care vouchers, pension DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: * Building relationships with existing and new clients * Placing candidates into a variety of support positions * Visiting new clients to build and develop relationships * Calling prospect/live clients to develop business relationships * Convert clients to use our services using a variety of methods * Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers * Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy * Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question * Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants * Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client * Informing candidates about the results of their interviews * Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Good sales and negotiation skills * A confident and positive attitude * The ability to work under pressure and meet targets * A professional and confident manner * Good organisational and administrative skills * The ability to work well in a team and independently * Excellent ability to communicate, especially giving clear explanations and being persuasive * Being motivated by challenges, problems, deadlines and targets. * Creativity and problem-solving skills If this company and position appeals to you then please apply your CV on-line.
