Boden Group are a vibrant, successful, specialist Recruitment business operating in the UK outsourced Facilities Management and Property industry. We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to work from our Birmingham offices to manage and grow a busy desk of Facilities Management and Property clients and at the same time achieve personal, career and financial goals with Boden Resource. You will operate within one of our specialist teams and typically you will be required to place candidates in positions of salaries of £25k to £85k across technical, commercial, operations and business development and there will also be opportunities to further increase your earnings by placing contract and interim professionals. As Recruitment Consultant you will required to deliver a 360 degree service by winning business, sourcing candidates, developing and servicing clients, fillings vacancies, negotiating fees and strategically planning your business. In all of these task you will be supported and developed by the Managing Director and team of Managers and Consultants who have vast experience recruiting in the Facilities Management and Property industry. The Candidate: Applicants should have experience in Sales or Recruitment and / or alternatively will be able to demonstrate a flair and skill set to succeed in a Sales environment.
