Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our amazing team. Working in a culture like no other your role as a Recruitment Consultant with 83zero will be instrumental in helping us grow our client base and market presence whilst managing your own desk. Using a range of tools and techniques, you will be involved in winning new business, searching, selecting, preparing and coaching candidates through to offer acceptance. In addition to this, with on going coaching and mentoring, you will further develop your already impressive skills, learning advanced new business techniques and head hunting skills. Responsibilities Candidates * Resource candidates producing a qualified shortlist for each vacancy, using 83zero database, LinkedIn, and all available job boards * Use advanced search techniques and head hunting skills * Build talent pools of candidates whilst maintaining and updating the database Full candidate management :- * Prepare candidates for interview and complete interview de-brief * Pre and post interview management – incl. sending email confirmations * Meet with candidates face to face where necessary * Prepare and present offers & offer negotiation * Build strong relationships with candidates * Generate leads and recommendations from candidates * Aftercare on all placements. Clients * Identify and contact new clients * Negotiate terms of business & secure new accounts * Meet with clients when required to discuss recruitment activities * Become an expert in your market by attending industry and networking events * On-going client account management Training * 12 week ‘Recruitment Expert’ training program * Work closely with Recruitment Resourcers, offering advice and coaching * On-going development and mentoring from industry experts If this role is of interest to you then please contact David Eales
