As one of our Recruitment Consultants you’ll be responsible for developing NEW and EXISTING BUSINESS within your designated market sector. The role will include: - * Telesales and Client meetings to identify new recruitment opportunities * Development of new client relationships * The Recruitment and supply of temporary and permanent staff to businesses throughout the County * Running advertising campaigns, interviewing and selecting candidates * Associated administration * Hours of work are 8am – 5:30pm Monday through to Friday You will need: - * A proven track record of developing new business within a telesales or field sales environment * Excellent administration and communication skills * High standards in Customer Service and a commitment to deliver these * Drive, enthusiasm and commitment to succeed * A full driving license and your own car In return we will offer: - * Competitive salary and bonus structure * 20 days holiday rising to 25 after 3 years service * Annual profit share * Full industry related training with a Nationally recognised organisation * Support, encouragement and guidance * An excellent team environment Whilst previous experience within the recruitment industry would be an advantage it is not essential
