Healthcare Recruitment Consultant Wanted Salary Negotiable (dependent on experience) with uncapped commission Due to continued growth Levicare, have an opportunity for an experience 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Recruitment Healthcare Division at our Head Office based in Warrington Cheshire. This is a start-up desk, which needs developing and nurturing. We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant, with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. We require an individual who is a successful 360 desk consultant with a proven track record of hitting bonuses and targets, used to a high volume fast past desk, with a “can do” “must do” attitude and a desire to win. If you enjoy working within a results-driven and rewarding environment and have the ability to overcome challenges on a daily basis whilst remaining cool, calm, and collected with a passion and desire to succeed then we want to hear from you. Being the main contact for the client, your duties will include: Liaising with hiring managers to understand requirements within volume recruitment Source and register suitable candidates - ensuring compliance documents are up to date. Advertise roles on relevant job boards to attract the right candidates Register candidates and evaluate if they have the relevant skills for the roles Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure the smooth running of the account Logging and reporting of performance across the team and regionally Attending site visits as required; regular review meetings Arranging interviews for candidates, processing job offers and ensuring new starter information is up to date Deal with candidate and client queries. Advise on recruitment/industry conditions. As you grow the division, there will be opportunity to develop your own team. Have recruitment experience in the healthcare sector or have recruitment experience and hands on experience in the healthcare sector within the 360 model Record of hitting bonuses + KPI's Used to a high volume fast past desk A “can do” “must do” attitude with a desire to win! Credible & honest Have a valid car driving licence and your own transport…...
