Are you an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant looking for a new challenging and a rewarding role? Riley Recruitment has a growing presence locally and nationally and we are expanding! We are recruiting for our Birmingham office where you will be focusing on building a desk for both temporary and permanent recruitment and we are open to the type of industry you manage. We are a friendly, supportive and innovative company were looking after our staff is just as important to us as well as our clients and candidates! You will be: * Building a desk for temporary and permanent workers * Business development and winning business using various methods * Excellent communication skills and building rapport with clients and candidates * Pre screening and interviewing candidates * Writing and posting job adverts * Updating CRM system * Administration / compliance duties * All other duties as an experienced recruiter You will need: * The hunger and dedication to succeed * Target driven * Creative and ambitious * Self-disciplined and motivated * Excellent communication skills written and verbally * Effective listening skills * Computer literate In return we offer a competitive salary (DOE), uncapped and excellent commission structure, support and a fab culture!
