Working in a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role you will be responsible for: * Filling vacancies to varying lead times as requested by the client, with Scaffolding and associated trades candidates. * Maintaining our outstanding business reputation in all communications, through the delivery of a quality consultative service * Consulting with clients and candidates to facilitate the placement of the right people in the right roles * Developing prosperous business relationships with new and existing clients, to gain additional business and develop a profitable desk * Maintaining our outstanding business reputation in all communications, through the delivery of a quality consultative service * Managing your own client databases and delivering excellent, pro-active customer service, ensuring requirements are consistently met * Growing our client and candidate base through telephone and face to face business development activity and advertising * Achieving agreed individual targets and KPIS and reporting these to management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Skills and Experience * A proven and impressive new business track record. * High level sales experience within a customer facing environment. * Experience in construction/engineering sales would be advantageous. * Proven listening, negotiating and influencing skills. * Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills, meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to multi-task. * Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under high pressure. * Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision and thrive both on own initiative and as part of a team. * Valid UK driving license The good bits.. * Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £60 - £70k+) * Quarterly gift incentives. * Regular team nights out. * Limitless career progression. * Fun, highly focussed team & successful working environment. * Achievable financial goals.
