RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT OTE £28 - £32,000 pa This is a varied and demanding role that will challenge and reward you. Key duties include: - · New Business Development · Account Management · Negotiation · Lateral thinking · Recruitment & Placement of contract and permanent staff · Associated Administration Applicants must have: - · A minimum of 2 years’ experience of selling a product or service to business · Possess good communication skills · Be lateral thinking and able to solve problems · Be committed and conscientious · Be willing to go that extra mile to be and do the best that they can · Hold a full UK Driving license As well as comprehensive training and the support of our team, you will also enjoy: - · Basic £19 - £22,000 (OTE £28 - £32,000) · Monthly and quarterly bonus · Annual profit share · Company pension · Use of company pool car for client meetings · Industry specific training & qualifications · An opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility in line with your own success A recent investment in new technology and a major refurbishment of our offices to provide new training and meeting room facilities, canteen/staff rest area and spacious, comfortable offices all contribute to creating an environment that our staff love to work in.
