RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT URGENTLY NEEDED Cover People are looking for a experienced Recruitment Consultant who will be working on our Interpreting and Translating Desk in the Manchester Office. This is an exciting role working alongside our Business Development Manager on a day to day basis. The role is fast and would need someone highly motivated with a desire to succeed. Experience of working to and exceeding KPIs is essential. On the Interpreting and Translating Desk we specialise in the Sports Industry and Conferencing Events servicing VIPs clients including Premier League Footballers. With massive expansion plans on the horizon both in the UK and Overseas this is an exciting time to join our team. Responsibilities include: *Generating New Leads through Canvass calls *Speccing out of new Candidates *Registering new candidates via jobs boards, Linkedin or other social media *Achieving set KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis *Client Visits *Writing of Job adverts....to name a few The typical skills and technology required for this role include: Good understanding of CRMs Strong knowledge of the full breadth of the Recruitment Industry and best practice Ability to understand and interpret business priorities and translate these into appropriate actions Excellent relationship building skills Data analysis and reporting skills Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills Driver and car owner Technology * Microsoft (Outlook; Word; PowerPoint; Excel) * Company CRM Interviews are immediate and salary is negotiable depending on experience.
