In order to continue the growth, expansion and development of our Manchester Office, we are currently looking to add talented, passionate Recruitment Consultants to our team. We are happy to consider experienced Education Recruitment Consultants who are looking for their next career step; talented, passionate telesales professionals looking for a challenge in recruitment, or, graduates looking to start a career in a rewarding, varied environment. If you like the sound of the above, we want to hear from you, providing you can demonstrate that you: - Are passionate about improving outcomes in local schools by delivery of recruitment excellence - Are able to conduct telesales, face to face and networking in order to complete business deals - Are able to understand, comprehend and explicitly follow safeguarding policies - Are self-motivated, forward thinking and able to manage your time effectively - Have an in-depth understanding of the education sector; its market and its nuances - Are able to contribute immediately in terms of branch strategy - even recruitment novices can have fantastic ideas - they are all celebrated and given the credit they deserve - Are comfortable running large desks and the development of further business (supported by the branch manager and sales support team) - Display excellent understand and capabilities of cross selling strategies. - Are stand-alone and able to prioritise and manage daily "transactional" tasks We believe that to retain the best, you have to offer the best.
