Job Description

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join an established and thriving Health & Social care provider based in Coventry. Key Duties; • Source candidates from various channels (Advertising, Social Media and CV searching) • Complete telephone and competency based interviews • Liaising with hiring managers to fully understand their needs and requirements • Understand all current and future demands for the business and develop sourcing plan to ensure optimal usage and prioritisation of needs. • Manage the end to end recruitment process • Provide Hiring Managers with weekly updates & reports • Support Head of Resourcing in identify alternative sourcing options Key Skills & Qualifications • Experience of a customer facing role • Experience of diary & time management • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office • Ideally have experience of recruiting or resourcing • Ideally have experience of head hunting Successful applicants will be offered a competitive basic salary with commision on top as well as excellent range of benefits, comprehensive and ongoing training.
