We are currently looking for a team partner who can take ownership for recruiting general nurse/staff nurse across the UK. You will be responsible for building upon existing relationships as well as develop business whenever possible. There will be a high degree of candidate and client interaction and you should be happy to work in a fast paced environment. Duties and responsibilities : - Overseeing and servicing our clients by placing suitable nurses into live vacancies . - A high focus on customer service both externally and internally - Creating relationships and building rapport with clients, suppliers and candidates - Working with talent pools of qualified individuals capable of working within Ambience clients - Documenting a client's details and vacancy requirements in a remit (vacancy management) - Attending recruitment fairs and other exhibitions or business events to expand the client base and develop new business - Maintaining regular contacts and building relationship with candidates and clients . - Supporting suppliers/sub-contractors in all aspects of the Master/neutral Vendor arrangement - Assistance in the future implementation of additional Master Vendor agreements acquired by Ambience Care . - Managing working team rotas/hours and linking in with any required out of hours service to ensure full service delivery coverage is suited to our client needs Working with the consultants/ recruiting team on the below: - Full concise registration of suitable candidates in line with Ambience compliance standards - Clarifying and negotiating terms and salary package and benefits - Advertising posts appropriately - drafting and strategically advertising using a range of media, newspapers, magazines and the Internet - Headhunting – directly approaching suitable candidates - Reviewing applications, managing interviews, and considering candidates and short-lists - Monitoring candidates when placed, through their probationary/rebate period In return we are able to offer a competitive basic salary, uncapped commission, plus a genuine career development opportunity
