Introduction & Job Purpose An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced recruitment consultant to join the team at trg Logistics where we pride ourselves on our ability to offer a comprehensive range of transport and logistics resources through a network of multi-functional hubs across the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for day to day running of a warm temp desk within the logistics sector, working on a large database of clients ensuring that service levels are achieved and adhered to, gaining new business from sourced leads both face to face and over the telephone. Client visits form an essential part of the role therefore travel around the Warrington and Manchester location is required. Applicants will need to hold a full UK driving licence. Key Responsibilities • Sourcing and converting new business leads • Daily client telephone contact • Attending client meetings • Registering / sourcing candidates • Capturing and filling all driver availability • Ensuring Compliance procedures are followed • Using our in house systems • Achieving targets • Offering high standard of customer service to all clients. • Covering Between Warrington and Manchester locations Other • Energetic and upbeat manner • Take on new projects and responsibilities as required • Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods • Act in a calm, professional and confidential manner at all times Person Specification Qualifications • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent Experience • Experience in the recruitment industry specifically within the Driving sector, • Competent user of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) Skills and Abilities: • Good business sense • Good communication skills, both oral and writing • To be self-motivated but able to work as part of a team • Be process driven with an analytical approach • Good organisational skills • To enjoy working and meeting new people Essential Behaviours: • ‘Can-Do’ attitude • Proactive and positive approach to working • Professional and presentable at all times
