Movement are looking for 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our new office in Beckenham, Greater London Previous sales experience is hugely advantageous; however, we will also consider self-motivated applicants looking for an opportunity that rewards high earning potential with hard work Responsibilities: * Tele-sales, cold calling, face to face sales/networking and marketing to generate new clients and business * Regularly meet with clients and applicants to develop long term relationships * Locate, Identify, interview and reference candidates for vacancies via our internal database, advertisement, Social Media, LinkedIn and Networking events * Negotiation of Fees, Margin percentages, Client budgets, candidate pay and salaries * Deliver against sales targets, measured both by number of deals and revenue generated for the business Ideal experience/attributes required: * At least 18 months experience in a Sales/Business Development position * Self-Motivated, continually striving for self-improvement, driven to generate sales and increase personal income * Passionate about customer service/client experience * Confident speaking with people of all levels, meeting people and making telephone calls * Natural problem solver, driven & tenacious * Excellent communication skills; any other language skills are highly desirable * Honest, Optimistic, Positive, Team-player, Helpful Why Movement? * Young, dynamic and fun environment * Excellent location * Modern offices * Market leading commission scheme * Monthly, Quarterly and Annual bonus incentives: Including large cash rewards, luxury watches, jewellery, holidays and cars. * Clearly laid out progression/promotion scheme * 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays) +1 day for every year with the company * Company pension contribution * Early finish on Fridays * Christmas party * Annual awards ceremony
