The Role We require someone who has strong sales, excellent relationship building, networking and account management skills to expand our business. You will have a proven track record within sales and business development, or you’ll be a graduate wishing to get into recruitment. You will have great communications skills (written and verbal) and you will have a sense of urgency. You will be proficient in MS Office (specifically Outlook and Word) and be persistent and resilient, you will have very good attention to detail and be self-motivated and driven to succeed. You will have a driving licence and have your own transport. You will need a good standard of education (Good grade A levels or a degree will be an advantage but isn’t essential). The role will entail, attracting new business by building relationships (by e-shots, telephone and face to face) and then maintaining them by filling their vacancies with very high quality candidates and by providing the highest standard of customer service. You will take detailed vacancy instructions, truly understand client needs, write and place advertisements using appropriate media and interview on the telephone and face to face. You will maintain client and candidate databases, carry out all supporting administration and generally raise the profile of the company. The basic salary is up to £24,000 depending entirely upon skills and experience with an ultimate OTE of £35,000 to £ 40,000 per annum and bonus is uncapped
