These are currently very vibrant markets and we are keen to expand our current team. I am recruiting for: Consultants, Senior Consultants and a Team Leader. The roles will be based within our Birmingham office, located within the city centre. As a Balfor employee, you will be expected to provide a specialised and complete recruitment service based upon commitment, professionalism and consistency by building and maintaining a successful recruitment desk that operates within the confinements of all company objectives. The role is sales focused and you will generate new business by calling and visiting clients. In addition you will account manage existing clients ensuring that a high level of service is provided at all times. You will also recruit new candidates through advertisements, social media and recommendations ensuring that they interviewed and are compliant prior to placing them.
