Recruitment Consultant - Birmingham City Centre Huxley Engineering currently looking to grow our Birmingham offering by recruiting into the below roles. As the name suggests we specialise in supplying highly skilled engineers to clients across the UK covering sectors like Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution, Manufacturing, Aerospace and Food Production. Available Roles - Trainee Recruitment Consultant: As a trainee recruitment consultant you will be trained to use an array of skills to attract clients to include marketing techniques, business development, account management, new business acquisition and networking, in order to build up an extensive client base, whilst sourcing and headhunting candidates by using social media platforms, recruitment job boards, advert writing and by gaining referrals. You will be required to manage the whole recruitment process right the way through to winning a vacancy, to sourcing a candidate, and prepping the candidate for interviews, to then finally closing and negotiating deals. The role is very diverse and challenging, but along with our support and training, you will be able to source and win new business with confidence. - Candidate/Client Consultant In order to play to the strengths of each individual Huxley have create two new roles in the Birmingham office. A Candidate Consultant would manage the candidate portion of the recruitment cycle and build a network of excellent engineers to support an Account Manager or a Client/Recruitment Consultant. A Client Consultant would work on the opposite side of the recruitment cycle and focus on the managing the client experience. Their role would be to grow/maintain current relationships and identify new opportunities with clients within the sectors we work in. - Recruitment Consultant A Recruitment Consultant would be expected to be able to give examples of them displaying the above competencies and the skills discussed in the Trainee description in a relevant sales environment. They would then need use those skills to build meaningful and long lasting customer relationships within their specific market sector. As with the Trainee role, a new recruit would be trained and supported to achieve this but they would be expected to have some knowledge of basic techniques.
