Recruitment Consultant / Business Development Executive Contract Engineering Desk Specialising in Design, Project, Quality, Manufacturing, Production and Continuous Improvement roles £20k - £25k Basic Salary + Uncapped OTE of £3k - £5k (1st year), £5k - £10k (2nd year), £15k+ (3rd year onwards) ATA Recruitment Ltd are part of the RTC Group PLC and over the last 3 years, the group has grown from £31m in 2011 to £65m in 2015 through both organic growth and acquiring a number of other businesses. The share price has grown by 600% in the last 2 years. As a result of this growth, the Group is continuing to invest in its subsidiaries. ATA Recruitment Ltd is looking to grow its branch network and in particular it's Leicester branch.
