Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Seek new business development opportunities; • new candidate generation and regeneration; • maximize candidate availability; • full system usage; • regular client visits; • develop and deliver exceptional customer service; • make sure that candidates are proactively and professionally represented to both open jobs and prospective clients; • advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, for example job boards and websites • using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and clients; • headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work; • using CRM system to match the right person to the client's vacancy; • receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews; • briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question; • preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients; • negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates; • working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated; • to talk and connect with Atlantis medical locums and encourage them to agree to work in shifts/contracts or permanent positions across the UK; • proactively engage with clients to secure agency worker assignments accept where unsolicited calls are prevented; • chase compliance documents for those working and possibly non-compliant and to chase documents for newly recruited locums to establish 100% compliance as quickly as possible; • work on all bookings that appear via email and various online portals and place compliant and ready to work locums; • maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures; • meet and exceed KPIs relative to telephone call time, outbound calls , job posts Attributes/Education/ Work Experience Requirements: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate internally and externally • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices • degree educated: desirable • Good sales skills • Confidence • Energy • Commercial awareness • Excellent presentation skills • Organisational skills • Team working skills • Previous business to business sales experience • Proven track record of high achievement in targeted environment • Must have strong negotiation skills • Must be a natural relationship builder • Must have excellent time management skills, able to prioritise a busy workload
