Job Description

As a starting point, each consultant will be given a specific vertical market in order to build their knowledge base, contact network, an understanding of the technology and to develop the skills they require in order to progress within the organisation. Their main objective will be to open up new name/new logo clients whilst developing opportunities within our existing client base. Once a relationship has been developed and the client has agreed terms, the BDM will introduce the 360 team in to the client to work with them on the delivery of the assignments. Day to day duties include: To consistently achieve a weekly and monthly target To manage vertical market/territory and workload To create/manage list of potential clients To canvass and search vacancies effectively To build case studies within vertical market/territory which can be used with new clients To effectively negotiate and put in place terms of business with prospective clients To use computer systems effectively i.e. Database, E-Mail, Internet Updating and coding of clients to minimum requirements Brief the 360 team on any new business opportunities gained To regularly achieve the minimum daily/weekly “core” activity and service targets, as directed by the Directors To effectively prioritise daily objectives each morning and evening To prepare a “To Do List” each evening before going home To ensure that they have enough target clients in order to ensure target achievement To conduct themselves in a professional manner and portray a professional image to clients and internal personnel To work with the delivery team to identify new clients to target Also identify relevant candidates to use when making new introductions into clients To attend industry events and shows to keep in touch with the latest updates To meet client contacts periodically to solidify relationships Qualifications / Experience Required: - Proven success in a sales role is essential; - Prior experience in Recruitment is desirable but not essential; - Candidates ideally will hold a degree; - Candidates will be confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated and lively sales orientated person with commitment, passion, energy and drive to succeed whom is naturally competitive and has the ability to thrive in a target environment; - Candidates must have a positive and resilient attitude towards work; - Strong work ethic; - The ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a target driven environment; - The ability to work outside of the box; - Possession of excellent communications skills and a confident telephone manner; - Team player; - Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel.
