We have an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join us, working on both internal and external recruitment. At BEP group we value work life balance; during school holidays we work Mon - Thurs 08:30 - 3pm. In addition to this we promote a positive and inclusive environment for all. Currently we have four main areas of work: - Education Recruitment Agency - Work Experience placements - Alternative Education for 14-16 year olds - DWP Work Programme Job description Recruitment Agency: We are looking to developing our recruitment agency (BEP Appointments), specialising in Education. Your role will be to work with the Recruitment Manager to increase the number of placements - Work with new and existing clients to develop relationships - Engage candidates and develop the recruitment database - Ensuring that the appropriate welfare and safety measures are taken Internal recruitment: You will coordinate recruitment and induction for staff internally. At BEP Group, the whole organisation works together towards the success of our programmes. Where required, you will be involved in some tasks across our other projects. Person Specification - Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. - Able to establish effective interpersonal relationships. - Experience of working with clients in education, training or recruitment. - As you'll be working across both internal and external recruitment, you will need to manage conflicting pressures effectively.
