Why would you want to be just another number? When you could be part of a team! Basic salary ranges up to £30,000 negotiable on experience and we operate a generous uncapped commission structure. We can show you consultants earning over £60,000 JOB ROLE As a Recruitment Consultant you will: * Recruit permanent, temporary and contractor staff. * Fill bookings as per client requirements. * Identify and develop new business opportunities. * Provide a high level of service to existing clients and workers. * Interview and assess candidates before placing them into suitable assignments/placements. * Visit clients to promote and explain the benefits of our service. WHAT WE WANT To qualify for the role you must have previous Recruitment experience Within your previous role you must : * Have proven ability and success in direct sales, business-business sales or recruitment. * Be comfortable and enjoy communicating with people at all levels face-to-face and over the telephone * Have the ability to build long-term relationships. * Have good IT Skills * Have a consistent employment record But more importantly you must have a lust for life and the desire to succeed !
