Overall Responsibilities: To co-ordinate and provide a recruitment service to both the client and candidate in relation to the smooth running of the recruitment office. Main Duties: •Responding to telephone calls quickly and efficiently •Recording detailed job descriptions from the client in relation to permanent and temporary bookings •To fill bookings for temporary and permanent workers as necessary •Building relationships with new and existing clients including site visits as necessary •To compose and maintain advertisements for current vacancies via all media •Actively seeking suitable candidates for current vacancies •Regularly liaising with clients to ensure client satisfaction •Interviewing and skill testing of candidates •Introducing suitable candidates to clients •Reference checking of temporary candidates both verbal and written •Compiling and typing of CVs and any relevant correspondence •Checking of emails throughout the working day •Responsible for locking and unlocking of offices •Supervising the administrator(s) and ensuring work is carried out according to the company procedures and checklists •Filing of all paperwork in the absence of administrator •Ensure that all timesheets are received from temporary workers fully completed •Deal with client requests in a professional, sales orientated and helpful manner •Gain sales leads from candidates and clients •Promote candidates to clients to increase business •Undertake any other administrative duties as appropriate to the needs of the business Having your own transport would be advantageous however not essential. Basic salary £18,000.00 on target earnings £30,000. Hours are 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday
