Barrington James is a rapidly growing global business. I am looking for ambitious and energetic individuals to join our U.S.A Recruitment team here in London Gatwick. We are a leading pharmaceutical recruitment consultancy with offices across three continents. With this role, there is potential to move abroad to New York, North Carolina, Kuala Lumpur, Frankfurt, Switzerland or Singapore. What the role will include: - Sourcing and headhunt candidates using offline and online techniques such as LinkedIn or job boards. - Matching candidates to clients based on their experience and motivations for the role. - Networking to build a vast candidate pool and strong client base. - Interviewing potential candidates over the phone.
