Sitec engineering and recruitment in Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh are looking for an additional recruitment consultant to join our busy engineering division, working on technical ‘contract’ and 'perm' roles for numerous clients within the nuclear and petro chemical sectors. This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated individual looking for an ambitious and rewarding role. The role involves: Developing a good understanding of our clients, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment. Using social media to advertise positions/attract candidates. Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work. Using candidate databases to match the right person to our client's vacancy. Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the clients. Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client. Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client. Informing candidates about the results of their interviews. Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed. Basic salary 20-25k plus uncapped commission. 25 days leave (plus 8 bank holidays) and Pension
