We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant in the Exeter area of East Devon to join a bespoke Home Care provider and lead their Recruitment and HR function. Our client is one of the most admired Home Care providers and their mission is to provide the best service for their elderly clients, who they support to live independently in their own homes. As Recruitment Consultant, your main job will include the recruitment of Home Carers, using various initiatives as well as networking within the community. This will include: - Developing and implementing new and innovative recruitment strategies - Research, identify, contact and approach sources for Home Carer referrals - Schedule and execute regular community marketing events - Oversee employment records and compliance - Manage and schedule training, supervisions and meetings What experience do you need to be a Recruitment Consultant? - Previous Recruitment experience is essential, including management of campaigns - An understanding of recruitment legislation including DBS checks, referencing and ID checks - Enthusiastic and professional team player with an ability to work on own initiative. - Strong communication, verbal, written & interpersonal skills - Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages. - Care experience would be desirable - A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport is essential Our client is passionate about business excellence and are seeking an exceptional person to become their Recruitment Consultant.
